Production process flow of plastic pallets:
Plastic enters the extrusion plasticizing system through the feeding system. The plasticized raw materials are stored in the storage system and then accurately supplied to the mold raw materials according to the required products through the quantitative system. Then, they are pressed into plastic pallets by an 800-ton four-column hydraulic press. Finally, the plastic pallets are taken out by the removal device. The entire process can be customized as fully automatic operation without the need for manual operation, and the product quality is stable.
Introduction to the structure of the Plastic pallet compression molding hydraulic Press:
The body of the plastic pallet compression molding hydraulic press adopts a three-beam and four-column structure. The upper beam and the worktable are combined into a fixed frame through the columns and the fastening nuts and adjusting nuts. The frame accuracy is adjusted by the adjusting nuts, and it has good strength, rigidity and precision retention.
2. After computer-optimized design, its strength, rigidity, structure, anti-deformation performance, etc. all meet the standards and usage requirements. The large components such as the upper beam, worktable, and slider are steel plate welded parts, and the deformation stress is treated by aging vibration.
3. 800-ton four-column hydraulic press steel plate welded parts, with high four-column guiding stability, good durability and precision retention. The working plane has T-shaped grooves for installing molds, which is convenient and fast.
4. Upper beam: Made of welded steel plate parts, it is equipped with a liquid-filled oil tank on top, which contains the main working oil cylinder, etc., providing power for pressing plastic pallets.
5. Workbench: A welded structural component made of steel plates, which is connected to the upper beam and the slider through the column as a complete machine.
6. Cylinder: It adopts a single or multiple cylinder design and is arranged in the upper crossbeam hole. It is sealed with high-quality sealing rings, which ensures good sealing and strong wear resistance. The cylinder is made of 45 # forged material.
7. There is a ejection device under the workbench surface, mainly used for the ejection and material return processes of plastic pallets.
8. Column: The material is 45 # forged steel, which has undergone quenching and tempering treatment. The surface of the column is plated with hard chromium to enhance wear resistance and increase hardness.
9. The nut material of the 800-ton four-column hydraulic press is 45 # forged steel, which matches the threads on the columns and locks the machine body.
10. Limit device: Located on the right side of the hydraulic press body, adjusting the upper and lower limit switches regulates the up and down movement position of the slider, and the travel switch controls the upper and lower limit positions.
