1000t four-column hydraulic press is a multi-functional press with high precision and fast efficiency. It applies powder forming, stretch forming, hot forging forming, die forming, die pressing, stamping forming and other processes. At the same time, it is equipped with servo system, which has the characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving, low noise and less heat. The 1000t four-column hydraulic press has an independent hydraulic power mechanism and numerical control electrical system, and adopts centralized control of buttons, which can realize adjustment, manual and semi-automatic three working modes: the working pressure of the machine, the pressing speed, the stroke and range of no-load fast down and deceleration can be adjusted according to the process needs.
Performance characteristics
1. The body of the servo 1000-ton four-column hydraulic press is a three-beam four-column structure, which is welded with all-steel plate CO2. After welding, it is tempered and vibrated to ensure that the press body does not deform.
2. The upper slide beam, slide block and workbench are welded with high-quality steel plates, and the internal stress is eliminated by vibration aging treatment. The columns are high-quality 45# steel, and the four columns are surface-intermediate frequency quenched and hard chrome plated.
3. The pump station adopts a PLC programmable control electrical system and is equipped with an independent mobile button station for easy operation.
4. The hydraulic system is controlled by an integrated cartridge valve, which is sensitive, reliable and leak-free.
5. The 1000-ton three-beam four-column hydraulic press is equipped with a hydraulic safety circuit and a slider upper dead point locking mechanism, with good safety performance.
6. It is equipped with an independent hydraulic and electrical control system, which uses button centralized control to realize two molding processes: fixed stroke and fixed pressure, and has functions such as pressure display and stroke and pressure regulation. The guide pin and piston rod are hard chrome plated after medium frequency quenching, and the oil pump inlet is equipped with a filter device to ensure the service life of the oil pump and valve.
7. The working pressure and stroke can be adjusted arbitrarily within the specified range as needed. The pressure, stroke and speed can be adjusted arbitrarily within a certain range.

1.Those who are not familiar with the structure, performance of the machine or the operating procedures should not start the machine without authorization.
2.During the operation of the machine, maintenance and mold adjustment should not be carried out.
3.When a 1000-ton four-column hydraulic press experiences severe oil leakage or other abnormalities (such as unreliable operation, excessive noise, or vibration), it should be stopped to analyze the cause and take measures to eliminate the problem. It must not be put into production while faulty.
4. Do not use the product when overloaded or when the maximum eccentricity is exceeded.
5. It is strictly prohibited to exceed the maximum stroke of the slider. The minimum closed height of the mold must not be less than 600mm.
6. Grounding of electrical equipment must be firm and reliable.
7. At the end of each workday: Lower the slider to the lowest position.
