1.The 500-ton iron-silicon-aluminum magnetic core powder forming hydraulic press adopts a computer-optimized structural design, with four-beam and four-column guidance for precise positioning. There will be no phenomenon of mold deviation or damage during pressing, and the pressed products can be formed in one step.
2. Independent hydraulic and electrical systems, equipped with automatic feeding and unloading devices and floating pressing, effectively control the forming density of the products.
3. Two demolding methods are available for selection: protective demolding and general demolding.
4. The electrical control of the 500-ton four-column hydraulic press adopts a PLC programmable controller, and the hydraulic system uses advanced cartridge integrated valves to ensure the continuous and frequent stable operation of the hydraulic press.
5. Equipped with an oil cooling device;
6. The 500-ton four-column hydraulic press is centrally controlled by buttons and equipped with mechanical limit devices to ensure the consistency of the products.
7. Either a common control system or a servo control system can be adopted.
8. Optional servo hydraulic press system is available, and the process can be customized.
9. Equipped with automatic feeding, pressing and fabric distribution, it saves labor costs and realizes a fully automatic production process.
The powder molding hydraulic press adopts a hydraulic cylinder type pressing and molding, so that the powder is evenly pressed to produce high-density materials. One machine has multiple uses. By replacing different molds, powder molding of various specifications and shapes can be made, and the height can be freely adjusted. It is suitable for the pressing and molding of powder products such as metal powder, ceramic powder, refractory materials, graphite powder, and non-metallic powder, such as: cattle and sheep licking brick briquetting, ceramic powder briquetting, iron/aluminum chips briquetting, graphite sagger, and iron powder dumbbell molding.
The operation steps for pressing iron-silicon-aluminum magnetic cores with an 500-ton four-column hydraulic press are as follows:
1. Preparatory work: Check whether all safety devices of the iron-silicon-aluminum magnetic core powder forming hydraulic press are normal, and confirm that the hydraulic system and electrical system are operating normally. Clean up the operation area and prepare all the required molds, materials and process parameters.
2. Adjust the mold: According to the product requirements, select the appropriate mold and install it on the worktable of the powder forming hydraulic press. Ensure that the mold is firmly installed and adjust the position and clamping force of the mold properly.
3. Parameter adjustment: Through the hydraulic control system, adjust the pressure, stroke, speed and other parameters of the hydraulic press to meet the requirements of product forming. Parameters can be adjusted differently according to different parts of the product.
4. Feeding and positioning: Add the iron-silicon-aluminum magnetic core powder material into the mold in a certain proportion, and use a positioning device to ensure the correct position of the powder inside the mold.
5. Forming operation: Start the pressure system of the iron-silicon-aluminum magnetic core powder forming hydraulic press to make the hydraulic cylinder start running and apply pressure to the magnetic core mold. According to the set stroke and speed, gradually increase the pressure until the set value is reached. Maintain a certain period of pressure holding time to allow the iron-silicon-aluminum magnetic core to fully form.
6. Unloading and removal: After the molding is completed, the 500-ton four-column hydraulic press stops running, and the pressure relief system takes effect to release the pressure. Open the mold, take out the formed iron-silicon-aluminum magnetic core, and carry out subsequent processing.
7. Cleaning and Maintenance: After the operation is completed, clean and maintain the hydraulic press in a timely manner to ensure the normal operation of the equipment and extend its service life.
