The stainless steel stretching machine is an integrated device used for the stretching and forming of stainless steel, featuring multiple workstations and various process types. It is equipped with a PLC, enabling multiple workstations to complete different stretching actions. With one-button operation, it has a high production efficiency. The main body of the stainless steel stretching hydraulic press adopts a four-column structure. Guided by the four columns, it features high precision and can effectively protect the press and the die.
Performance characteristics
The multi-station stretching machine is arranged in sequence from the feeding side to the discharging side as if there are six stations, namely the shallow drawing station, the secondary stretching station, the stretching completion station, the primary shaping station, the secondary shaping station and the edge trimming and deburring station. A feeding mechanism is provided between the stations. The workstation includes a mold mechanism. The mold mechanism consists of an upper mold part and a lower mold part. The upper mold is provided with a hydraulic device that provides power for it, and the lower mold is provided with a pneumatic device for ejecting semi-finished products. The pneumatic device, hydraulic device and feeding mechanism are all controlled by the control panel set on the frame through circuits. A light curtain protector is installed on the same side as the direction of the control panel between the feeding side and the discharging side of the rack. By adopting the above technical solution, a multi-station stretching machine with fast stretching speed, high processing efficiency, high processing accuracy, convenient operation, safety and reliability is provided in view of the deficiencies of the existing technology.

Warm reminder
1.Those who are not familiar with the structure, performance of the machine or the operating procedures should not start the machine without authorization.
2.During the operation of the machine, maintenance and mold adjustment should not be carried out.
3.When a hydraulic press experiences severe oil leakage or other abnormalities (such as unreliable operation, excessive noise, or vibration), it should be stopped to analyze the cause and take measures to eliminate the problem. It must not be put into production while faulty.
4. Do not use the product when overloaded or when the maximum eccentricity is exceeded.
5. It is strictly prohibited to exceed the maximum stroke of the slider. The minimum closed height of the mold must not be less than 600mm.
6. Grounding of electrical equipment must be firm and reliable.
7. At the end of each workday: Lower the slider to the lowest position.
