It adopts a three-beam, four-column, three-cylinder structure design, equipped with a PLC servo numerical control system, and is suitable for compression molding of some composite materials such as plastics, resins, rubber, SMC, BMC, carbon fiber, etc. with large workpieces. It adopts a three-stage pressure design of pre-pressing, molding and holding pressure, and scientifically distributes the pressure by time segmentation, making the energy efficiency of the equipment more significant, the molding pressure is high and reliable, ensuring the molding quality of composite materials products, and the equipment has a high degree of automation, a short production cycle, and high production efficiency.
Composite material_FRP hydraulic press equipment process works as follows:
Slider moves down quickly → Slider moves down slowly to pressurize → Slider maintains pressure → Pressure relief → Quick return → Cylinder returns → Return stops (manual blank removal) → Cylinder ejects → Add material → Press the double-hand button to enter the next cycle.
