630-ton four-column hydraulic press molding U-shaped composite resin drainage ditch process:
1.Measure and fill the resin raw materials into the mold of the required model
2. Start the U-shaped composite resin drainage ditch molding hydraulic press to press the product
3. Mold closing: Close the mold and heat and apply pressure simultaneously to melt the material and fill the cavity.
4. Demolding: After the plastic part has hardened and formed, remove the formed U-shaped composite resin drainage channel.
5. Take out the product, clean the burrs to make the edges smooth, and place it steadily to avoid deformation.
U-shaped composite resin drainage ditches are made with glass fiber and resin as the basic materials and curing agents, accelerators and other auxiliary materials. It is molded by a 630-ton four-column hydraulic press, and functions such as exhaust and pressure holding delay are designed on the PLC controller. The body of the 630-ton U-shaped composite resin drainage ditch forming hydraulic press is composed of an upper crossbeam, a lower crossbeam, a slider, columns and nuts, etc. The upper and lower crossbeams are firmly connected together by four columns and nuts to form a rigid structure. The slider slides up and down along the column guided by it. T-shaped grooves are provided on the sliding beam and the lower crossbeam (the specific dimensions should be proposed by the buyer). The column nut can adjust the imbalance of the worktable surface and the non-perpendicularity between the worktable and the piston. All large components are precisely processed by large floor boring and milling machines and high-precision CNC gantry planers and milling machines. The three-beam and four-column structure is optimized by computer and subjected to finite element analysis. The equipment has high strength and an attractive appearance.
