Three-beam four-column hydraulic press adopts three-beam four-column structure design, is a wide range of application of pressure machinery, suitable for a variety of plastic materials pressing process, such as stamping, bending, flanging, sheet metal drawing, forming, punching, bending, etc. It can also be engaged in calibration, pressing, grinding wheel forming, plastic products and powder products pressing forming.

6. The working pressure of the slider, as well as the stroke range for rapid downward movement without load and slow working feed, can all be adjusted according to process requirements.
A special hydraulic press for auto parts is a mechanical equipment that uses the static pressure of a hydraulic press to process various metal and plastic auto parts products. It is often used in the pressing process and forming process of automotive metal parts, such as forging, stamping, cold extrusion, straightening, bending, flanging, deep drawing of thin plates, pressing, etc. The special hydraulic press for auto parts has an independent power mechanism and electrical system. The buttons are centrally controlled and can achieve three working modes: manual, semi-automatic and automatic. The working pressure, pressing speed, the stroke and range of fast downward movement and deceleration without load of the hydraulic press can all be adjusted according to the process requirements, and it can complete the ejection process. It has three process methods: ejection, stretching, and each process has two actions to choose from: constant pressure and constant stroke. The constant pressure forming process has the functions of ejection delay and automatic return after pressing.
