Single action sheet drawing hydraulic press is mainly used for metal sheet drawing, bending, forming, blanking, flanging and other stamping process, widely used in automobile manufacturing, household appliances, kitchen utensils and many other fields. The structure of the single action sheet drawing hydraulic press is generally three beams and four columns or frame type. A hydraulic cushion cylinder is generally installed in the workbench (lower beam), and sufficient ejector rod holes are opened in the workbench to prepare for the drawing process.
Performance characteristics
1, the hydraulic pad is equipped under the workbench, and the top rod hole is cloth on the workbench for drawing and pressing.
2, according to the needs of the user in the slider hole to install a punching cylinder, for the workpiece after pressing the mold.
