The 315-ton national standard hydraulic press for composite manhole cover forming is composed of a 315-ton composite material hot pressing forming hydraulic press (also known as a composite material molding press), molds, heating equipment (mold temperature control machine or electric heating, oil heating), kneading machine, etc. Among them, the hydraulic press is the main production equipment, which includes three parts: the main machine, the hydraulic station and the electrical control cabinet.

3. The electrical control cabinet includes a control panel, which digitally displays the mold temperature and manually sets the heating temperatures of the upper and lower molds respectively.

5. The operating system adopts centralized control by buttons and has two operation modes: manual and semi-automatic.
6. The hydraulic press is equipped with a shut-down pressure-holding function, which can maintain pressure after the mold is heated to the specified temperature.
