It can also be used for calibration, press fitting, powder molding, and press forming of non-metallic materials. This series of presses has two kinds of electrical control systems: relay control and PLC control. There are three operation modes: adjustment, manual and semi-automatic. It can realize two kinds of processes: constant pressure and fixed process. During constant pressure forming, there is a pressure holding delay and an automatic return stroke after pressing. An ejection device is installed in the middle of the workbench, except for the ejection of the product. It can also be used as a hydraulic pad for the forming process of reverse-stretched parts. Its working pressure and stroke can be adjusted within the specified range according to the process requirements.
