1. Equipment structure
The wood chip pallet hydraulic press mainly consists of the following parts:
The main unit adopts a welded structure of steel plates, which has good rigidity and strong stability, ensuring that the equipment does not deform during long-term operation.
Hydraulic pump station: It provides high-pressure hydraulic oil to drive the hydraulic cylinder to complete the pressing action.
Electrical control cabinet: It adopts a PLC+ servo fully automatic control system to achieve human-machine interaction and is easy to operate.

2. Working Principle
Raw material processing: Pre-treat raw materials such as wood chips through crushing, drying, and mixing with binders.
Pressing molding: The pre-treated raw materials are injected into the mold, and the hydraulic press applies high pressure to solidify and form at high temperatures.
Demolding and post-processing: The formed pallets are automatically demolded and undergo post-processing such as edge and corner grinding.
