Resin manhole cover hydraulic machine is suitable for the pressing process of plastic materials. Such as powder product molding, plastic product molding, cold (hot) extrusion metal molding, sheet stretching, and transverse pressure, bending pressure, turning, correction and other processes.
Performance characteristics
1, the main part of the hydraulic press is welded by steel plate, annealing treatment, high strength is not easy to deform, long equipment life;
2, hydraulic oil circuit part adopts two-way cartridge valve integrated pumping station system, easy to operate;
3, the electric control cabinet includes control panel, digital display mold temperature and manually set the upper and lower mold heating temperature;
4, the electrical system is equipped with two heating systems, respectively heating the upper and lower molds, and respectively configured with temperature sensors, measurement and control instruments, temperature digital display can be read and adjustable.
5, the operating system adopts button centralized control, with manual and semi-automatic two modes of operation.
6, the hydraulic press has the function of stopping and holding pressure, which can be held after the mold is heated to the specified temperature.
